COJACOR GROUP

COJACOR Group is involved in infrastructure and energy worldwide, two sectors of major importance nowadays. The companies are collaborating with both, the private and the public sector. In infrastructure, COJACOR leads and coordinates a consortium of experienced partners. In energy, COJACOR's subsidiary focuses on development and roll-out of innovations.

COJACOR GROUP'S ACTIVITIES

COJACOR Infrastructure Consortium
INFRASTRUCTURE

COJACOR Infrastructure Consortiums (CIC) has identified developing and emerging countries as most promising territories for installing or improving infrastructure.

In contrary to other consortiums in this business, CIC has a flexible structure of single project memberships. Members join the consortium for a project and not permanently.

Private and public sector projects (including PPP) include roads, railway, hospitality, public housing projects, mining, and ports/marinas.

COJACOR Energy Solutions
ENERGY

COJACOR Energy Solutions (CES) is identifying trends, opportunities and game changers in the energy sector. Together with experinced partners, CES prepares and coordinates their global roll-out.

Currently, the focus of CES is on two extremely innovative energy concepts: (1) Recycling old tires and solid waste into renewable energy by applying the pyrolysis process; and (2) Producing coal energy at drastically reduced pollution and waste rates.

CES is aiming at the public sector primarily.

CONSULTING SERVICES

We are supporting both, the companies as well as the respective project owners, with due diligence, preparation and project management services.

RELATED TO COJACOR INFRASTRUCTURE CONSORTIUM (CIC)
Infrastructure

Infrastructure projects sometimes are in a very early stage still when CIC gets approached without proper documentation. We assist here with:

1) Preparing (pre-)feasibility studies, project documentation, etc.
2) Developing the initial project design as basis for a financial plan.
3) Identifying, approaching and attracting financing partners.

RELATED TO COJACOR ENERGY SOLUTIONS (CES)
Energy

In regards to CES' eco-friendly coal energy concept, project owners usually don't have proper documentation which would allow CES to immediately commit. We assist with:

1) Evaluating coal quality, grid access, PPA (power purchase agreement) situation, etc.
2) Developing (pre-)feasibility study, business plan, financial plan, etc.
3) Obtaining permissions and licenses, negotiating PPAs, securing project financing.

NON-EXCLUSIVE BASIS

Fiumicino is collaborating with the two companies on a non-exclusive basis and, therefore, is available to other (private and public) clients in the infrastructure and energy business as well.

This non-exclusive basis also means a project owner can hire a consulting firm of his choice for upgrading project documentation to the point where the respective consortium can give a commitment.
